The product that Duration has provided for us is of a high standard. However, the customer service is absolutely disgraceful. We initially had huge trouble getting the bifold doors actually fitted to the house and now, four months after they were fitted, we still have issues. One of the door frames is chipped and yet, not a single person at Duration has been able to phone us back about this to provide a date for a new panel and agree compensation. It is quite funny how they are such a good company while they haven t got your money and yet, once the balance has been paid, they are no longer interested.
So I would warn all future potential customers that although the product is good, you have to be prepared for the service you get to be poor. Very disappointed with Duration.

Update as of 10th April- we were able to eventually get the panel fixed although this was after the fitter initially wanted to change the wrong panel on the bifold and had to be corrected. However, we are still struggling with the customer service side. Given the extensive amount of time this process has taken and the number of mishaps we have had to endure, Duration still have not managed to agree with us suitable compensation. We are hugely disappointed that a company with such a great product is unable to provide the level of customer of service you would expect considering we have spent so much money with them.
