This is the best dealer I have ever worked with. My experience was unique that I had to return my car 10 days after purchase (due to warrant issue with BMW used car), but throughout the purchase/return process, the dealer (Doug) and his manager (Tom) were very helpful and considerate, I got my trade-in car back along with a full refund for the car I purchased. I honestly could not have believed how smooth the entire process has turned out to be.

I have already started to search their inventory again, hopefully can purchase a different car from Doug.

Another thing good thing is that this dealer adopted a no-hassle pricing policy, initially I did not like it. But it turned out that their pricing is very reasonable, so I am very positive about this policy now.
