The traditional birthday joint. We have been coming here for a long time for birthdays. The food is pretty good, the chefs are entertaining for the most part. Have had a few that were as exciting as a colonoscopy but generally they do a good job. My daughter chose Fujiyama's for her 6th birthday tonight. Chef did a great job with the food but was not super entertaining. Nice guy though. The server was great, he took great care of my 6 year old and brought her cake and ice cream with the whole crew singing. It was AWESOME. I do question the cleanliness however. The place needs new carpet and a very deep cleaning. Has a funny smell. Bathrooms, men's anyway, never seem very clean no matter what time of day. I do appreciate that they now do not clean the grill after they serve the final dish. It's nice not to have the steam from the grill being cleaned as you finish your meal.
