PCH is a great property management company. After driving in our moving truck across the country, we arrived in Folsom one day ahead of schedule. PCH was able to contact the property owner and get us into the rental home one day early. They made us and our dog feel welcome. During the rental period, PCH addressed some minor property management issues promptly. They ensured that a broken irrigation head was repaired quickly and they helped to coordinate the replacement of a faulty water heater.
