I had called this firm and inquired about being represented at my disability hearing. The firm responded and agreed to take my case, sent me a welcome packet etc. I got a call from a Barbara Manna who is not a lawyer but handles ssd claims. Well!...judging on her attitude towards me and basic rudeness..a far cry from the understanding people they claim to be on their commercials. She told me I would be discriminated on due to my age and even had the nerve to question my medications!..insinuating drug abuse, doctor shopping. I am a very sick person and by no means chose the health problems I have, I ve always worked and wish I could! I ve been told over and over again to go to Burger and Green and I should have listened!..now my hearing is two weeks away and I have to represent myself. Why take a case then kick me to the curb?
