This is one of the only times I wish I could give ...

This is one of the only times I wish I could give a zero star review. I made an appointment to get two tires changed at 8:30 in the morning. At 11:30 a service technician came up to me and said that they had not yet been able to look at my car and they would let me know. At 1:00, the same technician came out and informed me again that they still had not looked at my car. Finally at 3 PM, my car was finished. They apologized for it taking a long time and offered me 15% off. When I asked why this had happened they told me: THE APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING, WE TAKE CARS AS THEY COME IN. When I asked to speak with the service manager he was mysteriously no where to be found.
