The front office staff that attended to me during my check-in were not friendly and really embarrassed me. I was checking in with a gift voucher which the hotel declared was a 'duplicate' after they claim to have entered it in this system. I protested and told them it was just issued the night before, and they could call the bestwestern rewards office to confirm. The hotel staff were still adamant and insisted my voucher was invalid. That aside, i asked them to charge my best western account directly. They came back alleging my account did not have enough points to cover my stay. I insisted i am a diamond member and had more than enough points in my account because i had checked before booking the hotel. This lady was still insisting my card was invalid, i got very upset at that point and called the bestwestern office only for them to confirm my voucher was very much valid and my account had more than enough points. I went back to the front office and insisted for them to use my bestwestern account again , it was only after that try that they confirmed it had gone through. I was very upset with the way the staff spoke to me, claiming if i could not afford the hotel why did i book it in the first place, embarassing me at the front office, simply because they asked me to pay cash and i insisted on using my bestwestern rewards. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone i know.
