Unhelpful, bureaucratic and inhuman - Robots that simply are reading from scripts that dont relate to real life in any shape or form.
On another matter.. it took them 10 years to allow development on the old Tescos site - This kind of backwards attitude is why Trowbridge is now an embarrassment. So, lagging behind other local towns, like Frome.. Made even worse as it's supposed to be Wiltshire's County Town.
But, no one will read this .. or even care if they do.!
