I have not had a good experience with sales or service at this dealership. I went in to purchase a new Gulia Quad a year ago and the sales finance manager treated us like we had a lot of money, i.e. he added $10K to the price of the car, stated it was a normal dealer markup due to demand. However, at two other dealerships I did not receive this markup. I didn't purchase a car from them. I did however, against my spouses wishes, take my 4C in for an oil change. They are on the expensive side, they listed doing a complete 12K service however I watched and it was not performed. They did give me a chance to look at the vehicle without the ground effects panels in place which was very nice. This service was completed on July 3. Today is July 15 and I the service has not been posted to the Alfa Romeo App. I have contacted the dealership service manager, well I have tried, I have not been able to speak to him, his voice mail also does not work. I did get someone there after a week of trying to state they were sending him a text to contact me concerning this issue. I have not hear back from him. The Alfa Romeo Premium service team also contacted the dealership and did state that they were able to contact the service manager who stated he could see the service and didn't understand why I or the Alfa team couldn't see it but he would contact his IT department to see what the problem is. Still waiting..... I know they are capable of posting and having the service entered on the Alfa Romeo site as I had a state inspection performed there last Oct and that was posted.

This is the first time I have written a review. I am not sure if they will leave it posted or take it down, however I do not recommend this dealership for sales or service.
