Troy was very prompt, courteous and professional. He didn t make us feel stupid for attempting to fix the problem ourselves (thanks YouTube ). We had a leaking pipe connecting to the toilet and he was able to correct the problem quickly and securely. He left the area very clean once he was finished working. We greatly appreciated his time and service. Definitely recommend, pricing was reasonable given the work he had to do. Thanks again!
