I just picked up my shoe. The issue was minor lifting on the very back of the heel which I did not want to get worse. I can only imagine that their solution was to remove the entire sole and reattach. The result was jagged, cut up leather and visible glue coming from both sides of the soles. It looks shoddy and horrible. Terrible work. I've uploaded a picture of it on Instagram and I will find any other forum I can to show this "work" I paid for. They should have contacted me an apologized for destroying my shoe. I definitely should not have paid for it.
