Terrible service...We rented a condo managed by Ha...

Terrible service...We rented a condo managed by Harris Realty in the Kaanapali Royal resort. Condo had no A/C which we discovered on arriving. We were not notified beforehand even though a few of the buildings were undergoing A/C maintenance. They should have known this and contacted us.

I made 5 calls to the agency, with no calls back. Finally I looked up the owner Ken Harris and called him. He did call me back and said that they would make things right by either getting portable A/C units or moving us to another condo. I did say that I would prefer the A/C units since we had other family members staying at the same resort. It was very hot.

The next day, I personally went into their office to again request portable A/C units or a credit/refund. I spoke to Vickie who said they would definitely make it right and she asked me if 2 portable A/C units would do the trick. I assured her that that would be great and to go ahead and install it while we were out. She said she would either text me or call with status as she had my cell number. When we returned to the condo, nothing had been done. no text, no calls.

I am sure that since were were only staying 3 nights, they figured that they wouldn't need to do anything since they already had our money.
Be aware, do not rent from Harris Realty. They tell you that they will make things right, but then do nothing.
