This company is fraudulent and there are many issues, I worked here for 8 months and was one of many dissatisfied employees. Some issues with the company include.
No work permit
Inaccurate salary (promised 42000) every month got under 40000
No sick days and docked pay if sick (which is inevitable when working with children)
Costs of running the business passed onto employees
Work required outside of hours (with no pay)
Poor management and lack of leadership
Bias, subjection and unreasonable end of contract tests
No pay in holidays (makes yearly pay l ess than 33000 per month)
Will look for ways to get money out of you (eg 50 baht for lost flashcard when it costs less than half that to make)
Poor culture and overall negative work environment

Overall I would not recommend this company to anybody, teachers ar e just an avenue to make for money for a purely profit orientated company. If considering taking employment here take the effort to find a company or school who do not falsify information because once you sign the contract you will be used. One positive is that is that is a good way to meet other foreign teachers and it does give you a good introduction to the Thai education system, but other than that avoid this company at all costs.
