FIrst the wait is ridiculous. Then the customer service is terrible. Rae/Ray (female) is extremely dismissive. If she doesn't have the answer she says just a moment and transfers you to an unending hold or a tech support voicemail box. There should be a more professional and knowledgeable person answering the phones.
