Hotel is directly in front of the falls, so you get a great view. The hotel itself was quiet, still off season, so no big crowds or late night noise. However, the hotel itself is in much need of a make over. It looks like they may have had the lobby area updated, but stopped there. Rooms are very dated! The carpet is wrinkling in the room and seams are coming undone in the halls and outside the elevators. The rooms have a musty old smell coming from the wall papers and carpets. I was really disappointed with the breakfast buffet and the presentation. Had we not been given breakfast vouchers included with our stay, there is no way I would pay $23.00 per person to eat here. The breakfast buffet was not good! The fruits and small cheese selections looked old and soggy, all three days.
