Rude initially, then tried to force me to take our more expensive new 24 months instead of 18 months contract saying that I have to - NO I DON'T. Requests forgotten, had to chase them up. Over all SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. Avoid avoid avoid. It's not a one off experience this is everytime I have to deal with this business.
