One of the worse housing associations in Groningen, often not nice and arrogant on the phone.
Their attitude towards tenants in general is often just bad, poor communication.
It is often very difficult to get something done, but if they have to collect their rent, they can do their very best.
They have tampered with energy values in their properties in the past, which shows that they are not reliable.
Poorly maintained building that I am now in, noisy, drafty.
But throw up the rent every year.
Provided you are considering renting something from nijestee, think twice about whether it is really worth it.
