Worst customer experience ever. I have been dealing with Calgary BMW for over 6 yrs. I always serviced my personal vehicle and company cars there. When I called in for the appointment nobody ever mentioned about 4 hrs labor for the glass to be installed. The service lady Virginia did not even answer my call and hung up on me. I was waiting for someone to call me back, but guess what? Nobody even care about getting the issue solved.

I would never bring my car to this place and would never deal with Calgary BMW anymore. Stay away from this place.
