Russian Tea Time just 25 years old and we wanted to share the excitement with the wider community and put the restaurant "back on the map." We are also going through (positive) transition of the original owner, Klara Muchnik, retiring and brining in new partners who are energetic, innovative and are setting the stage for the next 25 years of prosperity and bringing joy to Chicago locals and out of towners. Part of this transition is going to be shutting down for a three months remodeling. The challenge was to communicate to the general public that we are closing doors temporarily and for good reason. Finally, we are somewhat a latecomer to a social media and online marketing universe and new we needed to have online presence and do the outreach to media and influencers. After having done an extensive research on local PR & Marketing leaders, we've selected Heron Agency. We've retained them for a three months engagement. Noreen, Kathy, Annie, Shannon, Kathleen, Derek, Megan and others- have proven to be a consummate professional team that works in unison with single focus on and ownership for the success of each client. I think what makes a successful client-PR agency relationship is the communication and results. We've gotten great communication - from kick-off, monthly reviews, reporting on each win, client newsletter, scheduling and thorough follow-ups media and influencer appointments, timely responsiveness to email communication. I'd describe Heron Agency as such: integrity, competency, connections, influence, results and worth every penny.
