This company are nothing but a HUGE SCAM. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH THEM! They did not confirm my hotel reservation and sent me an email that the hotel " was not available". Then they charged me unbeknownst to me. When I asked to cancel the hotel, they said they would not refund me though they never confirmed the reservation and they indeed sent me an email to the contrary that it was not available. They are horrific and and very rude supervisor Sandra Simoes would not even listen.
