Ann March was amazing. She still is. Even after our purchase. She knows the city (and the community) incredibly well, and if there is something she actually doesn't know, she finds out. With her help, we found the perfect location for our son's home.

Without Ann's guidance, we would have been stuck in a contract that we almost signed without an out in case the house we put under contract had issues. It had so many issues that we used the clause to get out of the contract. She really saved us. The house turned out to be toxic in many ways.
