The room not clean and everything looks old and need to be changed or renovated the TV remote not operate good and you need to figure out that you need to press hard on it to change the channel. I reserve the the villa which suppose to be the best they have but unfortunately I doesn't deserve what I paid for. I checked in evening around 5pm and they keep me waiting on the reseption lobby for 40 minutes to get it ready for me. Moreover I asked the reseption to clean the room again and provide me with extra blanket and amenities around 8pm the time go out with my family and back 12am but I found nothing done from what I asked so I called again to get the blanket. The room smells bqd and I don't think someone will pay this amount to this while there are better options around. This will be the first and last time for me to come to this place. It doesn't even worth 2 star hotel. The pool is the only thing I liked here and it was good for kids to have good time but I felt the water was dirty and filtration system not functioning or not working.
