In my opinion, buying a car is probably on my list of least favorite things to do. Between the haggling, negotiations and paperwork, I always feel like I m getting inundated with too much information and receiving the short end of the stick. At least that s what I thought before I went to Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach. Is it possible to say that I really enjoyed my car buying experience? I know! Crazy, but entirely true! I felt so comfortable dealing with my salesperson, Donnie, that it didn t feel like a car transaction at all, but more like a conversation between two old friends. This experience was unlike any other, in a very good way. From the finance department to the service, everything at this dealership is above par. It probably trickles down from the GM, Mike Lucia, who greets you with a genuine smile and lively conversation at the door. All I m saying is they have a great dealership and I can never imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Thank you so much!
