Sales Consultant Yuri was very helpful and we never felt pressured to purchase anything we didn't want. Installers Rob and Chris were very professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail. We had a new furnace and A/C installed all in one day, and the end result looks very clean and works well. In particular, the new intake/exhaust pipes look very clean compared to the work that was done by another company at a previous time. Rob and Chris explained how everything works, and answered all questions. We're very happy overall.
