When making the initial reservation the in-house reservation gal was not helpful, rude and hugn up on me. She was ok with losing my business rather than helping me. I had to stay at this hotel or business purposes, but never again. Some of the staff are not friendly. They seem to busy to help you and as if you are burden to them. Even though you are just trying to check-in. The breakfast is horrible. The air conditioning didn't work so they changed my filter -- which was black and the air couldn't get through. And it is just outdated.
