I was told that I received ten statements from them stating I had an account that went into collections, which was not the case. Whenever I found out I had a collection account on my credit report by looking at my score on credit karma I found out who it was for and paid them off. I never once received a statement from the original doctors office either saying I had an outstanding balance. When I called to get everything straightened out I was hung up on by someone with a foreign accent who you could not understand, which in turn made me even more fustrated then I already was. Whenever I called back a couple days later I requested to speak to a manager or a supervisor who was extremely rude with me and treated me like I was stupid because he had the title of a "supervisor". I work on credit reports daily. I am not "ignorant" to how the credit reporting system works. If you have an account with this place I suggest you prepare yourself for the worst. They are the most ignorant people to deal with. I am switching doctors because of them.
