Terrible service everytime I have the unfortunate ...

Terrible service everytime I have the unfortunate time to have meetings their. Poor service can sit in the foyer for literally hours and Noone askes if you want to order a coffee etc. This has been be experience over months so not a once off experience. The other issue is that they charge hotel guests 50zar for parking tickets even if you only owe 8 zar and this is for every ticket. Never again.
