I had a great evaluation for cataract surgery with Dr Cameron on 9/11/19. I was told at that appointment that the scheduling people would call me in 2 weeks to schedule surgery. I have not heard a peep from them. I called on 10/7 and 10/16 about my surgery and AGAIN I have had no callback. I don't understand why it is so hard for someone to call me back. I also don't understand how they stay in business with such poor read non existent customer care.
