The location of the hotel is good, and the night view of the lake view suite is very good.
However, as far as the overall performance of the hotel is concerned, it is not particularly good, especially the price is not cheap.
The rooms are elegantly furnished and the equipment is quite advanced. However, due to the many years of the hotel, the wood floor decoration seems to need to be slightly adjusted; the balcony has a great view, but it needs to be cleaned.
In the middle of the meal price, the Oriental Restaurant BBQ package is not bad, but it is not so delicious to the extent that you want to go to the dining area. The breakfast ingredients are good every other day, but there are not many kinds, and there is no special aftertaste.
The training of hotel personnel should be strengthened. Although the basic service attitude is OK, but the lack of exquisiteness can be felt; the lobby staff chats loudly next to the guests. This seems to be inappropriate. After all, it is a high-class hotel.
As far as the beautiful place of Sun Moon Lake is, the hotel is in the best position. This performance is a pity....
