The service is fine when necessary, in and out in a timely manner. I just do not care for their predatory practices, quite annoying to have frequent missed calls about an unwanted trade-in deal. Conveniently the deal was offered after two nails somehow punctured my two back tires that were fine. I had went in to only replace one tire that was obviously punctured. Why would I pay over $500 for tires just for you to call me as I m sitting and waiting for my car to return, as if I would trade it in to avoid future hassle? This dealership has just given me bad vibes, especially by asking around hearing similar experiences.
