I have not been a customer of Coakley but I am writing this review as the granddaughter for an employee. My grandpa has been employed by Coakley for as long as I can remember. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago. Unfortunately my grandma passed away Feb. 15, 2020. Not only did Coakley send a beautiful flower arraignment for her services but everyone that my grandpa works for and with showed up. They offered hugs, condolences and smiles in our family's time of need. Thank you Coakley for being so compassionate, patient and understanding. I don't think this company realizes that when they were taking care of my grandpa it allowed him to take care of my grandma the way she deserved to be taken care of. My grandpa went back to work this week and has told me just how kind everyone has been. Not one person that works for Coakley has passed him by without a hand shake or a hug and a "How are you and your family doin? Is there anything you all need?"
