Very disappointed on my third visit, probably the last time for my life.

For 4 consecutive nights, I have been annoyed by people staying one floor above me. Yes, its the guest staying in the hotel, they have very very heavy steps after midnight and you would thought that it is a dinosaur. Even worst, it sounded like thunder and I was waken up at 1am. I made a call to the front desk and a housekeeping attended my room giving me another annoyance just to confirm the report, OMG. Next morning, I requested the front desk to change room, the lady checked the computer and said people upstairs would checked out and a Japanese would move in, so that would be no problem. Okay, I took her advice and stayed at the same room. Then now at midnight again, the heavy steps come back again. This is my last night here and I dont want to change room at midnight. May be it has little to do with the guests, it is just the construction of the building or this particular room. For me, this probably my last time staying at Swissotel. For those coming to stay, consider not to take room 23 of the floors.
