Hotel has nice rooms, is conveniently located next to the airport, and has a helpful daytime reception staff. However, it's right under the departure corridor for the airport for northbound flights, so noise could be an issue for some. My biggest complaint is the relative unhelpfulness of the late night reception staff. I had some food that I wanted to keep cold during my stay, but my room did not have a mini fridge, and none were available late at night which is what I expected to hear, but they did offer to let me store it in the staff fridge. When I came down to do so, the lady working the front desk was very apathetic at first, but helped me out by putting my food in a bag marked with my room number and checkout time for safe storage. She them picked up the phone while we were still conducting or exchange, which was frankly a bit rude. However, when I checked out the afternoon of the next day, I went to retrieve my food from the front desk. It was not in the fridge behind the desk, nor was it in the other fridge in the hotel where it may have been. So at some point, it appears that my Food mysteriously "disappeared." This was extremely disappointing.
