Found the customer service very average and billing service excellent. Since there is no real competition the company is pretty complacent. We need another real competitor and option. If their rates are that good then they should be transparent enough to demonstrate it. Hmmm. When's the last time their customer service folks have offers us worldclass service and meant it?
