If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER delt with. Things will start off great and after a short while of being their customer, things will go very south. I'm more disappointed in the customer service than the poor internet service.
We have been promised time and time again we'll receive calls back just to get us off the phone but yet never get returned calls.
Ptera will take weeks possibly months to help you or fix issues with no discounts.
Their customer service used to mark tickets I submitted as completed even though they hadn't truly worked them and now they flat out delete the tickets without working them.
