Over the weekend, I noticed that one of the sashes...

Over the weekend, I noticed that one of the sashes on a Harvey window had lost its' seal and was fogged over. This has happened before. I took a picture of the manufacturing label on the window to get all the information required to make a warranty claim, and submitted it to Harvey at 2:00 this afternoon. By 3:00, I received an email from Kenneth LaBonville informing me that the warranty claim had been processed and that I would be receiving a new sash in 2-3 weeks.
I would call that exceptional customer service.
