Fredy Kia is STILL selling new and certified vehicles in DEFECTIVE CONDITIONS. Besides this, the personnel is rude, uncooperative, included volatile if you bring or show proof and/or make the right questions. (Allergic to fair trade?)
At the mechanic work shop it's worse. Of course, not everyone is that way, some of them with amicable appearance will get rid of you or will make you wait for nothing. (after two hours someone else will come and ask you: How can I help you?)
If you buy from them, certainly, they will abide responsability at all cost and will blame others, the vehicle, the Kia factory or yourself if possible but not them.
In Fredy Kia is all about your money, NOT YOU. It's sale representatives are trained to push or pull you down to sign, after this maybe you are not welcome anymore. (...okay, okay, maybe only once.)
Fredy Kia it's a growing business cause its unscrupulous employees share the "nothing personal, just business" philosophy. Don't take me wrong, don't scratch Kia motors from your list, just the scammers.
Surprisely, I found out some of them are "temporary" moved to other place to eliminate conflicts that compromise the dealership (or someone else of them.)
Definitely, I vote that the next american horror story season should be film at Fredy Kia's dealership scenario.
Also, I bet that those people abducted by aliens and once could scaped and returned their homes feeling theirselves all unworthy and lifeless (I'm talking about those from "the four kind movie") will prefer be abducted by those or even worse aliens than have to deal with Fredy Kia people again.
Yes, I bought a brand new but defective car which had problems based on "shipping and handling" issues of different types, (mechanical/electrical and car body parts too) so as soon they find out what car it was it, (the one they did a "makeup job") all those people involved in sales and above them which I have talked to in that dealership showed up the true "two face" nature they are made of.
Take my advice: Get well informed, research and be prepared before walk-in a dealership or meet anyone else. Team up with the mechanic you trust or at least the one you pay his services to look for you, not for others. The seller is NOT your friend. And the most important part: Don't go to Fredy Kia dealership. This place and a casino share the exact same thought: the house always wins. (...unless you feel lucky or wish to take a big risk at Fredy Kia.)
