In the interest of full disclosure, I have been a dedicated client of BMW Toronto since 2003. I own two BMWs purchased from Mr. Vince Cappella, Sales. My vehicles have been exclusively serviced at BMW Toronto. As a point of interest, I also own a Mercedes and so I can speak knowledgably about the kaleidoscope of service experiences. BMW Toronto has earned my loyalty based on the exceptionally high overall quality of service delivered over this period. As an illustration, following my most recent visit to the dealership last week, I wish to express my appreciation to Mr. Mark Glyn-Williams, Service Manager, along with some of his team of professionals, Mr. Hal Greenson and Ms. Michelle Tofano for their co-ordinated same-day emergency assistance. They helped to arrange for timely and cost-effective repairs to my BMW. My vehicle was washed and ready for pick-up ahead of the scheduled completion.
