Worst experience ever. Be better bring your car for service at a ford dealer!!! Towed my 3 series here. Battery died while driving. I'm no mech but first thing I would check is the alternator. Towed it to bmw. They said the battery died! Really eh? So good to go! Pay 200$ and change and on the road again. 45 min later broke down side the road again. Another tow charge. Dead battery of course. Brought it home swapped the alternator. Been great since. Called back multiple times. Even talked to the service manager. Was told they call me back. Never got a call. Will never bring anything here again. Thanks BMW Toronto!! Stay away and if you really need a bmw dealer take the trip to Maranello in Vaughan.
