I am so happy with my experience using Benetrends!...

I am so happy with my experience using Benetrends! From the very beginning they showed themselves to be responsive to my needs, very educated in the Rainmaker program, and highly organized and informative throughout the process. Before I actually signed up with them, I researched a number of other companies who dealt with this type of program (generically called Rollover for Business Startups, or ROBS). I chose Benetrends for all the reasons cited above, as well as their expertise with SBA loans, their willingness to assist me with legal issues regarding the Rainmaker program and how I wanted to structure my business, and their experience with retirement plans. As I was closing my loan, I came up with multiple requirements on the lendor's part that needed immediate (as in 1-2 day) turnaround. Benetrends' staff was always right there to answer my questions, provide documentation and services, and help me ensure closing occurred right on schedule. The best part of it all - they did it with a smile in their voice and the utmost professionalism and courtesy. My Benetrends business analyst has continually followed up with me to ensure I get the proper paperwork and programs in place, and they have suggested third-party sources to use for business services such as payroll and health insurance, which was much appreciated. I couldn't be happier with Benetrends' service to date and expect my partnership with them will continue to be a positive experience.
