Horrible experience with the customer service. Received inconsistent commitments to the repair of my lenovo laptop (work), only to have the manager state that it is impossible for said commitments. Also, their customer service said to call back, which never happened. I had to call back to check again for status. I will give 0 stars if there is such an option.
