I've been a customer for well over 10 years - maybe, in fact, 15.

They're a great "buffer" between the customer and the facelessness of o2 - that, and their great service, is why I use them, and will continue to do so. And, in fact also moved every one of my family accounts under their umbrella, and they helped me maximise my hardware allowance credits by doing so.

Service is key, in life, and when you're busy, you need a supplier to be proactive in helping you, not waiting till you call them with a problem.

My a/c manager, Lisa, calls me every quarter, having done a review of my account and with suggestions as to where it might be tweaked to help me maximise my calling & data plans.

The contrast between dealing with o2 directly, and though Barclays, is simply enormous, and doesn't cost me any more. Even if it did, I would still go through them.
