DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They have no control over their delivery, as mentioned by many reviews on here. We are consistently given delivery dates only to find out the day before they do not have the parts to even make the doors. We at least have some warning now as they quote a Friday delivery and on Wednesday let us know that the parts weren't on the truck from SMART systems in the morning so another weeks delay. They don't even have the relationship with their suppliers to know that items weren't loaded onto the truck when it left the suppliers. As to customer services.... as we are the end user and go through a middle supply company, they refuse to talk to us and tell us they will only email their client and give them the excuses direct why delays are 8 weeks after expected delivery. I was only trying to confirm where the fault lies, and it seems it is well and truly at Durations' door (if they even have one themselves). This has cost us a fortune (as well as stupid amounts of stress) with delays, the family not being able to move into the house and having to stay elsewhere, along with re scheduling of other trades and the fines incurred. Looking forward to next weeks excuse. DO NOT USE

Update: Confirmation on 29 Aug they have all the parts so confirm delivery for the 1st Aug. Today 30th get update : Sorry but delivery for our ref G1632VGLS is delayed. Estimated delivery range is now 04/09/2017-08/09/2017. Production Dept.
