Pros - Top Notch customer service. It is an adorable property right on the beach. There is free wifi. They are pet friendly!!! Good sized flat screen tv with many channels. Clean. Cozy beds. Soft pillows. Big shower. Heated pool open 24hrs. Fenced in with code locks on gates. Shuffle board. Tiki huts to sit by pool and enjoy the breeze. Good access to wifi from outside. Still pretty slow but accessible. .5m down and .3m up from my test in the middle of day under tiki hut. Easy Parking on a road where parking seems cut throat. A stones throw from many restaurants shops the fishing pier etc. We recommend pizza at ulmertos and Thai at Talay Thai. Private beach. Buildings wrap around pool - would be fun to come back w friends and kids. Front of property is adorable. Would definitely be fun for a casual beach wedding or family reunion. Susan at front desk super sweet. Quiet peaceful. Staff was super helpful. We will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend you checking them out.

Dog tips. Don't walk on property - walk them on briny or a1a. Don't walk on beach when guard on duty. Feel free to walk them on beach after guard leaves as long as you pick up after them. Watch for sand burs. Handy showers by pool to wash them after. Onetime Pet fee I think $75. Pets under 50lbs only.

Cons - No screen on the window, which would have been nice to open the windows overnight and feel the ocean breeze instead of using ac. Rooms were relatively small. The door was sticking. Would have been nice to have a broom in the room to sweet up tile floors which get sandy quickly. The wifi is pretty slow.
