This past Friday, we purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE from the Lithia Toyota here in Abilene - what a great experience! We really like how the Corollas have been redesigned since our first one that my wife had - a 1974 Yellow-rado, as we called it. We've had several since then. We've been customers of Lithia Toyota since before the new building (not so new now) was constructed on Southwest Drive - always good people and customer service.

We met John Nichols in August when we began our vehicle search while we were out cruising the parking lot to see what was available. He was very courteous and professional. After a couple of busy months, we contacted Lithia and John this past week to let them know we were ready to look at two of the cars on the lot. John told us about the pros and cons of each choice and let us decide. We absolutely felt no pressure! I asked Diana if she would like to leave a comment and she said, "John was kind and helpful." That means a lot to me - to make sure my wife is taken care of, too, and all of her questions were answered, as well.
