I was very disappointed with the service here! I brought my 19 year old brother here because he was having severe throat pain and having trouble talking and breathing. The people who checked him in was very nice and considerate. Well, he went to the back by himself and after I went back to check on him, this hospital had my brother sitting in the hall on a bed. How horrible! So when the nurse came to check on him I asked was him sitting in the hall considered a room? and she said yes, we put people here when we don't have any empty rooms , and a couple seconds after she said that another nurse sits a young lady in the room right next to us ! Then nurse Holley says , oh and those rooms are considered trauma rooms, but it doesn't seen like she has any trauma! Are you kidding me??? come on we are not stupid, my husband, who works in a hospital and I start to laugh, because that was a horrible excuse. My brother was discriminated against, for whatever reason, maybe our race or the fact that he didn't have any insurance, but I will make sure this situation doesn't go unhandled!
