My experience with the service department this week was excellent. Even though I hadn't originally asked for a loaner for the afternoon while my car was being serviced, my advisor, John-Paul quickly found me one. While I was out running errands, the technicians replaced the part in exactly the amount of time they had estimated. Everything about my visit was seamless and as promised.
