Wish I could do negative stars! I am still on the phone waiting just to make sure we have our insurance starting 1-1-2018. All I want to do is pay for it. 3 hours and still holding!!! They keep transferring me to Malaysia even when I ask to speak to someone in America. I can not understand the accents!.
