I am waiting to be contacted after asking for cancellation of the insurance in the planned days of rethinking. Sent by registered mail with return receipt, the same delivered to me at the end of April, today May 14, I can not have any contact. I don't know if I'm insured or not and if I can use my bike. Absurd and offensive behavior towards customers who have trusted in entering into a distance contract with an insurance that does not place any telephone contact but only mail, to which they do not follow. I had quick replies in the mail only when the contract was signed, after the absolute vacuum. Absolutely unreliable, however my experience ends, I do not recommend it warmly, saving a few euros is not worth the tranquility of being followed when necessary.
