Zuda yoga is amazing! I've tried several yoga classes all around Sacramento, and Zuda is my favorite! The format of class is a perfect balance of meditation and difficult poses that help me feel relaxed and challenged at the same time. Each instructor is great in their own way. Highly recommend!!
